Leverage is Everywhere Right Now!!

Many are cowering in a corner as the economy does it "thing".

Not the people who understand the right time to move i.e. Warren Buffet.

His famous quote is - "Be fearful when others are greedy, and be greedy when others are fearful."

So are you getting greedy or are you fearful? I am noticing people are starting to "snatch up" properties again. Is the housing market recovering yet? I don't think so but when it is known that the housing market is recovering - it will be too late (Warren Buffet will have made his move).

Another great quote - "observe the masses and do the opposite".

If you are on the bandwagon you better be sure you get off in a hurry. This keeps repeating itself and not everyone is catching the warning signs.

2 examples:

1. Stocks (particularly tech stocks in the late 90's) - everyone had a "tip", everyone was investing, daytrading became a wikipedia entry. Even your mom was daytrading......Clue #1 when everyone becomes an expert and has a tip and training courses are popping up everywhere - GET OUT!!

2. Housing Market in mid-2000's - everyone became a broker, agent, flipper, investor in real estate. Even your mom was flipping houses.....Clue #2 Just GET OUT!!

What's happening right now. People are sitting at home licking their wounds wondering what happened.

Folks the time is now. If you are going to do something do it when everyone else is sitting on the sidelines. But be sure of one major point - leverage, leverage, leverage either your time or money and preferably both.

SOme may say but I don't have any money or equity. That is irrelevant there are creative ways to get out there and hustle (with integrity) to make it happen.

This will be a Blog that will allow you to fully understand the concept of Leverage. But more importantly how to put Leverage into ACTION. It's not enough to understand it - you have to take Action to get the results you desire.

Three types of knowledge allow you to gain wealth;

Learned Knowledge - Book knowledge, theoretical, good but won't quite get you there.

Modeled Knowledge - You watch and learn as someone takes Action, good too but the best is yet to come.

Activity Knowledge - You have the Learned Knowledge, the Modeled Knowledge - now it's time to TAKE ACTION. Activity knowledge is the best by far. Go out and mess it up and start again better. Like Tony Robbins said - take ACTION - MASSIVE ACTION!

We will learn the fundamentals, watch and learn some modeling and then you will need to take Action to really learn what I am going to be blogging about!
